The Australian Institute of Architects’ 2014 National Architecture Awards were announced on 6 November at a ceremony hosted by Myf Warhurst at the Darwin Convention Centre.
The jury* gave out a total of 43 awards and commendations to 36 projects across the 12 national categories, which for the first time separated residential - houses into two categories: new builds, and alterations and additions. The full list of winners is below with photographs of some of the highlights.
