The form of the project responds to the immediate context, the site boundaries and program requirements. The higher and lower wings accommodate offices and labs respectively. The massing of both buildings is articulated at different levels with setbacks and cantilevers to and from the façade surfaces. They provide a lively interface with the plaza and road. A 750mm module is used in both plan and façade, which is the standard module of the furniture, stone and aluminum panels.
