The building complex is located at a corner plot in Kifisia, North Athens, and consists of three independent residences. The owners' preference to a specific residence typology played a significant role to the design. Therefore, two out of the three residences were designed as two-story houses featuring independent staircases, arranged symmetrical to the central staircase, yet slightly shifted from each other, with direct contact to the garden. The third residence is arranged in a linear layout, vertical to the axis of the other two, enjoying the view to the urban setting by taking advantage of the large occurring terraces. There is also a shared underground level for storage and parking. The building's position at the center of the plot provides for both south and north sufficient outdoor space which integrates visually and functionally with the main living areas, thus procuring ample sunlight and allowing for natural ventilation.
