Atelier Alter Architects

Xiaojun Bu, a founding partner of Atelier Alter, received his Bachelor of Architecture from Tsinghua University, his Master of Architecture II from Harvard University and is a licensed architect in the State of New York. His working experience includes SOM New York, and Standard Architecture. His practice focuses upon the connection between parametric and construction.

Yingfan Zhang, a founding partner of Atelier Alter, received her Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union School of Architecture, her Master of Architecture in Urban Design form Harvard University. Prior to starting Atelier Alter, She worked for Atelier Raimund Abraham and RMJM North America. Her ongoing research focuses on architecture syntax and culture context.
