The project Mirante do Horto House, São Paulo, SP, reaches the maximum utilization of the land to install a huge program uses. Therefore, the position of the architect was strategically punctuate the specific programs and vertical circulation, allowing the other venues all enjoying greater flexibility and visual range, all taking advantage of the structure and volume. These, incidentally, were inspired by a container resting on bars, in order to excel in access and use of their immediate surroundings. Avoiding direct confrontation with the neighboring buildings, the openings of the house are quite rarefied and off the side walls, while being flexible in the front and rear facades. The residency program distributed between this basement, two floors comprising the prismatic volume and over a roof garden. With 300 m² of built area, the plant was organized in a succession of horizontal free, allocating the living areas on the ground floor, the intimate on the second floor and the roof garden gazebo. These blades 8x11 m, perforations occur in strategic places, allowing vertical circulation and the entry of zenithal light. Aggregate materials applied as chromaticism, texture and transparency were chosen because of the intentions pursued in each space. The yellow color applied to the metal beams and other primary forms and colors, reaffirm the design intent.
