WAA was responsible for the redesign of Honoré-Mercier Avenue, a wide thoroughfare that leads up to Parliament Hill in Quebec City. The addition of festive sculptural elements, street trees, green spaces, floral displays, creative lighting and belvederes along with the integration of attractive and safe pedestrian sidewalks and crosswalks enliven this formerly bleak, dangerous and unpleasant thoroughfare.
