The Tor Marancia Cultural Center is conceived as a device capable of activating a new centrality in the neighborhood through the production and promotion of art and culture.

Recalling the large scenographic and transformable spaces of film studios, the building with simple geometries shows itself in its essence, enhancing the skeleton of a flexible structural frame, open to the social development of the city.
