The site is located in downtown Tokyo, full of emotions. The casual communication was born from the dirt floor, the balcony and the windows.

Balconies that usually extend outside against windows. Each space can be extended indoors. A comfortable place where you can easily connect both indoors and outdoors.

Say "It's time to get up" from the bed balcony, and wave your hand to the kitchen with "Good morning!"

The balcony that appeared indoors gives the family a place with a vague and soft sense of area.

The covered dirt is a community space that can be heard from the uncle's and friends' balconies, as well as bicycle maintenance and children's playgrounds.
