This project is characterized by irony and functionality, it is developed on a surface of about 38,000 sm, distribuited on 26 floors above ground and 4 underground. Commercial spaces are located from the ground floor to the 8th floor, while residential spaces are located from 20th to 25th floor. On top floor are housed technical rooms, thermical power plant, and energy production systems. The external double coating allows a good optimization of the facade heating, and it gives at the entire building a very recognizable look , due to unique decorative floral pattern item. By night the interior lighting transforms the building in a large lantern which illuminates the landscape around.
