The complex is composed of three buildings housing a hotel, utility rooms, a vast underground car park and numerous storage facilities. The building volumes consist of ample slabs which are hollowed out by a set of patios. The vast and luminous indoor surfaces provide flexible and highly modular spaces, thus adapting to the diverse requirements of the future users. The design focused on shortening construction times as well as employing the most suitable, cost-effective construction techniques. The load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete and most of its components consist of prefabricated elements.
