The original building, the unliked state administration buliding, the so-called „Spinach-house” was built in the late 70s. In 2006 after a radical structural reconstruction of that building the square assumed a new face, when the new building was finally born. The ground floor houses shops, restaurants and coffees, from the first floors flexible office spaces have been created. Two new courtyards run in the axis perpendicular to the square and divide the basic srtucture of the 29-meter high building into three wings. The eighth floor is loosely structured; the statuary superstructure is a new interpretation of the overall variegated picture of the traditional Pest roofs, using contemporary architectural tools.
