The site is located on the edge of a high demographic density, medium to low economic status neighbourhood, however we attempted to design highly decent apartments always caring about the context, blending in the building.
The building consists of five apartments, one on each level. Given the small size of the site, we aimed for a concrete structure based only on two concrete walls at both sides, linked by concrete ribbed slabs. With this configuration none of the interior walls are loaded, therefore the interior spaces can be arranged as seen fit by the user. All of the materials, both of the structure and finishes, including terrazzo floors and the blocks used for the lattice were made on site.
