This concrete rigid-frame structure has an H-shaped and external insulation, forming a four-story skeleton-like space. Each floor has a simple plan with an open, terrace-like bathroom at the south end, allowing for a range of uses from residence to office to shop. The north side of each floor includes an open staircase and space that is strongly connected to the street outside. The idea was that the daily life of the people inside the building would enliven the town, and the design would encourage communication between the private and public realms. Our architecture office is located on the first two floors of this building.
