The project conveys the wish of the organizers, the traditional meeting point as an exhibition and event center architecture festival is not in a museum, a derelict department store or an old industrial building, but to place it in a whole neighborhood: the Cologne very trendy Belgian Quarter with its galleries, shops , restaurants, clubs, courtyards and squares. The event center is located in a temporary three-storey tower building container directly on the „Brüsseler Platz“. Located in the visual axis of the Brussels road, the tower provides for irritation and thus sharpens the perception of the familiar surroundings with their qualities and shortcomings. From the top floor of the new view into the streets of the neighborhood early days. In the surrounding street spaces of the „Brüsseler Platz“ further construction trailer are located in the parking bays to allow more events in the structure of the urban neigbourhood. With large windows where participants present their projects to the casual passer.
