Digital Innovation Hub Tesisquare

The construction of our project for Digital Innovation Hub started at the beginning of 2020, wanted by Tesisquare to enhance the presence of innovative companies in the territory of southern Piedmont, and facilitate their collaboration.

It is a complex of offices integrated into the landscape, also adjacent to the current Tesisquare headquarters. The company aims to build a collaborative community to to bringing together different innovative skills of the territory, but also to exchange know-how, share projects and become an important reference point on a local scale and beyond.
A real innovative Campus for Start Up and companies, which will also benefit a set of common services and open spaces of environmental and landscape high quality.
The bulding, made of concrete, steel and glass, seeks a close dialogue with the environmental context, in an osmotic relationship with nature, through its inclusive porosity that makes the landscape a central part of the project, as well as the idea of connection and relationship are at the center of the functional organization of the campus.

In the Digital Innovation Hub created by Nemesi Architects lives the idea of the Olivettian Model - developed together with the Customer, in the belief that everything should start from the Community, to leave a legacy to the territory from architecture - involves the design of the landscape, given creation of a system of territorial connections that enhance the local dimension of the project, with an international outlook.
