Panoorama realized a high-end exhibit for Corning, one of the world’s leading innovators of special glass. The tasks included the design, draft planning and creation of 3D production data for the digital car exhibit, which was one of the focal points of Corning’s appearance at the CES in Las Vegas. The realization of the showpiece consisting of several Gorilla Glass touch screens was carried out in close cooperation with a vehicle engineer. The car interior exhibit was manufactured in the Munich area. The “Digital shopwindow”, the “Smart fridge” and the “Multimedia wall” were also planned, with Panoorama taking over the media technology project management and controlling and on-site supervision of the trades involved in building the exhibit in the USA. At the trade fair stand, the operable exhibits acted as a crowd puller, visibly fascinating many visitors. For the customer, on the other hand, the high quality of Panoorama’s intensive detailed work was evident long before the start of the trade fair: The design data could be transferred to the CNC milling machine without any modification.
