The building was designed for commercial use as offices (mainly for I.T. related) and uses fairly large floor plates of 6,000 Sft. The project was located on a small plot having a large banyan tree. The design accommodated this tree in a courtyard with an existing temple. This tree is visible from all floors as one moves thru the spaces and is the tree of life for the project. The building has a basement and a stilt level used for parking with four upper floors to use as offices. The terrace has a roof structure for use as a café. The building uses hollow block ribbed slab that gives a beamless floor plate. The south and west facades have louvers that shade the summer sun and cut the energy cost.
