A plan for a rental apartment consisting of 22 so-called one-room housing units built in a quiet residential area in the suburbs of Tokyo.

Land that is widely and relatively expensive in the suburbs of cities is difficult to be taken over as it is when inheritance happens, and it is put up for sale, and it will be finely divided and sold by developers as a mini development, or the volume as a target of speculation. It is often said to be an apartment complex with a full rate. Because they are developed unrelated to nearby houses (too small or too large), they often destroy the authentic atmosphere as a good residential area.

This time it is the pattern of the latter apartment complex. In this plan, while reading and referring to the construction of the surrounding houses, the existing environment while maintaining the scale relationship as a residential area by repeating conventional operations such as ""setback"", ""greening"" and ""house type"" It is intended to be continuous.
