OSA is designing the 25hours Hotel - The Royal Bavarian with an extensive conversion and refurbishment project. Since its opening in 2018, the hotel has not only impressed guests but also the world of architecture. It has been honored with two major awards: the German Design Award and the Façade Award of the City of Munich. Whether staying overnight or chilling in the Boilerman Bar - a visit to the 25hours Hotel is always worthwhile.
For the 12,000 square meters, we developed individually designed public areas and 165 rooms on 4 floors. Design details bring the history of the building to life, such as the façade of the inner courtyard above the glass dome, which quotes the classic window arrangement by Georg von Dollmann. In addition, the imaginative interior by the designers at Dreimeta from Augsburg transports guests and visitors back to the expansive era of the late 19th century.
