Teamzusammenstellung CONCEPTLICHT

Due to its architecture and volume, the old town hall with its campanile represents the heart of the coal market. Especially the conspicuous tower with its characteristic form is an important landmark.

The façades are illuminated full-screen, up until the highest cornice. Only the first level part underneath the lowest cornice is left out, in order to avoid the disturbance of pedestrians.

The luminaires are positioned both at opposing buildings and at poles so that the tower can be evenly lit from all sides. The beam angles of the luminaires are limited to the tower geometry, avoiding light pollution to the greatest possible extent.
