The Vogt House was originally built in the 18th century for the then chief magistrate of the district. Today it is partially under preservation. It lies on the slope of the Albis hill with a spectacular view over the whole lake of Zurich. New spacial sequences and interior connections were cleverly adapted to todays living standards.
In the basement one arrives as a matter of course at the new subterranean annex, the wellness area. Large pools set in stone are inscribed into the space and appear to stretch out with seamless transition into the width of the surrounding countryside.
