The Rindermarkt is not only home to the city's oldest parish church, St. Peter's, but is also one of the most historic streets in Munich. The cattle market was held here until the 19th century, and later wealthy patricians built their townhouses at this address. Anyone who is allowed to build here is taking on a great legacy and so we are very aware of this historical responsibility when we demolish an existing building from the 1950s at a prominent address - Rindermarkt 14 - and replace it with a new one. By the fall of 2017, 1,500 m² of space will be created that adapts to the needs of its tenants and can be used both as retail space and as living space.
