This LEED-certified campus, complete with green roofs, is designed to encourage the staff of a large communications enterprise to work and interact in a park-like environment. Promenades and terraces were landscaped to create relaxing lunch and leisure places for employees and induce creativity while being environmentally responsible.
All the vegetation is native or resistant to local climatic conditions and requires no watering. The large amount of trees and shrubs planted in this project contribute to enhancing biodiversity on Nun’s Island and to curb global warming.
The entire project is linked by pedestrian and cyclist paths. A river promenade offers impressive views of the St. Lawrence River and downtown Montreal.
