A compact building with two floors and a basement of rectangular proportions, arranged on its long side, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the plot, located as close as possible to the northern boundary in order to free up a space allowing for both incoming and outgoing lorries to manoeuvre across from the building, as well as the placement of the sport facilities and practice spaces. It also provides a 5-meter separation from this northern boundary to allow access to the staff parking area. The project is structured into two clearly differentiated functional areas: that corresponding to staff facilities (clean zone) and the area for vehicles and equipment (dirty zone). The building seeks to coexist respectfully with the landscape, integrating into it but without ceasing to play its role as a landmark public building, as this type of facility should.
