Contemporary Japanese design for overseas guests. In Japan, there are many words that have been used since ancient times to express the love of nature and to express life in the form of the precious nature. A Chinese poem from the Tang Dynasty, "I think of you in the beautiful seasonal scenery of snow (winter), moon (autumn), and flowers (spring)," was also brought to Japan and has become a phrase that expresses the Japanese sense of beauty. We thought there was no better concept for "Snow Niseko," a place that honors the interaction between people and nature, and between people and people.

The theme of the design was "the realization of a contemporary Japanese design for guests from overseas. Yotei and the surrounding nature are the greatest sense of place, and the continuous window benches below the windows are an analogy for a veranda.
