Built on the land of the Kaurna people.
Landscape and urban design masterplanning of the first stage of a large harbourside redevelopment.
Elements include a waterfront promenade, three ‘finger’ parks between apartment blocks, gathering spaces adjacent the promenade, viewing decks over the water, and streetscape treatments.
Taylor Cullity Lethlean worked closely with Cox Architects and the client, Brookfield Multiplex and Urban Construct, to achieve an urban environment which provides a wide variety of spatial experiences within this high density development.
Custom designed seating and shelters provide special places of interest for residents and the public. Throughout the site, richly textured and coloured plantings complement the architecture and urban spaces.
Taylor Cullity Lethlean are currently working on Stage 2a which includes a large park dedicated to the local Aboriginal cultural heritage.
