Total renovation of an existing private house, based on the original ground floor plan. The attic has been replaced with a completely new top floor, with spacious bedrooms and a recessed roof terrace.
New openings in the facades allow more daylight to enter the building and enliven the contrast between new and existing rooms. The revived facades are clad with high quality oiled oak.
The garage was also renewed and linked to the house by a covered walkway to the new entrance.
