The property located in an area with a steep slope is for a family that would go on weekends and spend the holidays at the beach.
Located in a neighborhood where homes gain height to get the best views and as a result horizon is hidden for passers BLNDR project proposes a house built on 4 levels, alternating volumes and open slabs for recreation. The entrance is through an open intermediate level allowing views to the horizon and is the social level of the house allowing organize parties, events or receive friends without entering the house.
From this level you can go up one floor to the bedrooms or down a level to access the area of living / dining / kitchen and guest rooms and services. Finally, a level below the house shade and taking advantage of the contact with the natural terrain and the access to the beach is a more private recreation area.
