What we build today is not just a building, but a creation, and perhaps the most significant investment for many people in their lives.
The American Loft Building is one of a kind; a hybrid between an urban villa and a tower, meeting the intimate scale of its neighborhood while avoiding the repetition typical of bigger buildings.
Clad in a long-lasting prefabricated facade, the building meets the ground as a sloping ceiling over an equally-sloping green park, with trees and a grass-covered parking surface, ready for the future of the up-and-coming area.
