The Kizela building occupies two plots of Parcel 3, a new prime neighborhood which is presently under construction over a landfill in Luanda Island, on its bay side.
Plots that are located in the front line assume particular significance, both for the exceptional view they have over the city waterfront, as for being determinant pieces of this new urban space image.
The building accepts this dual challenge - to take advantage of the views while proposing an outstanding design – playing with the position of “volumes” in a way that creates a multitude of situations in the relationship between the inside and the outside areas.
The building is intended primarily to residential use, with the following program: level -1 for car parking and technical areas; level 1 corresponding to a lobby, two commercial units, parking and service access and security; level 2 occupied by condominium facilities - pool, gym, multipurpose room, kidsroom, bar, administrative core - organized around a large patio garden. From level 3 to level 10, are located 50 apartments of different typologies.
