This mixed use development is located near the Stockyards at Keele and St. Clair. It will feature six towers from fifteen to thirty-five storeys. The site will be developed in three phases to respect the leases of the existing commercial tenants. A mix of residential units is planned with over 1800 units overall. Approximately 5% of the gross residential floor area has been allocated for affordable housing. Commercial office and retail will complement the overall design along with a new public park and right-of-way. The total GFA of the development will be approximately 1.4M sq.ft.
Phase 1 will include three towers of 15, 26 and 35 storeys on six-to-eight storey podiums. This first phase has approximately 720,000 sq.ft. of GFA and 983 residential units. The existing Organic Garage grocery store will relocate from their current building to this one.
Phase 2 with see the development of the 32-storey tower and a three-to-four storey podium. The total GFA is approximately 302,000 sq.ft. and will include 46,000 sq.ft. of office space over three storeys and 343 residential units.
Phase 3 will see the full dedication of the parkland and two residential towers of 18 and 28 storeys connected by a 6-storey podium. The total GFA of this phase is approximately 410,000 sq.ft. with 562 residential units.
