This business boutique hotel is located in one of the main streets in Amman, Zahran Street.
The stone giving off the sense of warmth seemed to be the most appropriate material for the image of the hotel in order to respect the surrounding residential buildings and to create playful vertical panels with different heights and openings that open up to different nice views. It has 12 standard rooms, 3 junior suites and 24 connected rooms, Business Conferences Halls, Lobby Area, Event Room and outdoor gardens connected a Restaurant on the ground floor where the hotel guests can have breakfast in the morning and communicating and sharing travel information in the evening as well as creating a nice venue for small parties and private occasions in Amman.
Interior design of the hotel reviews what hospitality should be, in which the design molds spaces integrating the concept of a house and a hotel in the same gesture within the same experience. This hotel arises from the effort to show the design elements that compose it as generators of a warm and friendly atmosphere with the use of natural materials and colors.For another, in terms of the use of natural materials on site, such as wood, stone, iron, white paint and glass, it also implies the naturality and rurality that lies in architectural Boutique hotel which provide all users a beautiful homey experience in their business trips.
The design pursues a more intimate and home-like environment. The first two floors are mainly flowing public space divided by bookshelves.This Boutique hotel is equipped with a restaurant, café, and residence to provide an enjoyable experience. It regenerates the space within the residential neighborhood and comes up with a different modern lifestyle with the most traditional feelings. The rest of the floors are all bedrooms and junior suites to cover all demands.
