Mt.Fuji is a representative mountain in Japan. This architecture creates a picture-like landscape with the mountain.

“Hoto Fudo” is located near by Kawaguchiko, mysterious lake of spring water from Mt. Fuji. It is a cloud-like architecture over the mountain.

There is a mysterious space like a cave in the restaurant. The sound can be heard along the walls of the building, and the distant voice can be heard nearby.

There is no air conditioner in the restaurant. In summer, all of the windows are opened and the natural wind ventilate the space. In winter, the large acrylic window are closed and people get warm just by eating "Hoto". This is the architecture where people can feel nature with five senses.
